We have a 14-day return and refund policy. We are unable to provide you with a complete refund or exchange if 14 days have gone by since your purchase.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it needs to be in its original packaging.
- We need a receipt or other proof of purchase in order to process your return.
- Kindly refrain from returning your purchase to the manufacturer.
- Only partial refunds are given in the following circumstances.
- Any item that is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition for reasons other than our fault.
REFUND:
We will email you to let you know that your returned item has been received once it has been received and examined. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.
Within a predetermined number of days, if you are accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.
LATE OR MISSEN REFUNDS:
Check your bank account once more if you haven’t received your refund yet.
After that, get in touch with your credit card company. It might take a while for your refund to be posted.

SALE ITEMS:
Refunds are only available for regular priced items. There are no refunds for sale items.
EXCHANGE:
Items are only replaced if they are broken or defective. Email sales@frydextractsdonuts.us if you need to exchange it for the same item.
GIFT:
You will be given a gift credit for the cost of your return if the item was marked as a gift when it was bought and shipped to you.
A gift certificate will be mailed to you as soon as the returned item is received.
We will give the gift giver a refund and let them know about your return if the item wasn’t marked as a gift when it was bought or if they had the order shipped to them to give to you later.
SHIPPING RETURN:
You should mail your item to 738 N Highland Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90038, USA, in order to return it.
If you want to return an item, you will have to cover the cost of shipping yourself. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund if you are eligible for one.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may differ depending on where you live.
You might think about getting shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service if you are returning more costly items. We cannot promise that your returned item will reach us.
